National Seminar Scholarships Rich and Carolyn Bagin Seminar Scholarship

The Rich and Carolyn Bagin Seminar Scholarship is administered by the Foundation and honors the long tenure of Rich Bagin, APR, as NSPRA's executive director from 1992-2021. Created in 2021, it was made possible by generous donations from the Bagin family, their friends and NSPRA members and past leaders. The scholarship covers the full cost of Seminar registration at the super early-bird rate.

To be eligible to apply, candidates must:

• Hold membership as a professional-level or professional partner in NSPRA;
• Have a minimum of two years experience in schools or related education organizations. 
• Have not attended the two most recent in-person Seminars. 
• Have not yet registered for the upcoming National Seminar. (Current registrations cannot be replaced by scholarships).
