What Federal Policy Changes Could Mean for Schools

Earlier this week, the Department of Homeland Security issued a directive rescinding guidelines that had prohibited Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP) from conducting enforcement actions in "sensitive" areas, such as elementary and secondary schools. NSPRA members can access resources and guidance to help navigate these developments.

NSPRA members are also invited to attend a special NSPRA #K12PRChat virtual meeting on Zoom on Monday, Feb. 3, at 1 p.m. ET, related to federal policy developments impacting schools.
