Earlier this week, the Department of Homeland Security issued a directive rescinding guidelines that had prohibited Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP) from conducting enforcement actions in "sensitive" areas, such as elementary and secondary schools.
