About NSPRA

Have you answered the call to get involved? NSPRA annually needs as many as 100 association members to volunteer for service in national leadership positions, on committees and as awards judges. There are a variety of volunteer service opportunities to suit a member’s unique professional interests and experiences.
NSPRA is governed by an Executive Board comprised of 12 officers, who serve as volunteers to further the mission, goals and values of the association. Officers' terms vary from two to three years. Open to Professional Members.

How and why to run for office
Each NSPRA committee has specific responsibilities, and some have rules about who may serve based on association policies. Time commitments vary, but all committees require members to be actively engaged in their work.
Volunteer
Nearly 100 volunteers are needed each year to help judge entries in NSPRA's award programs: Gold Medallion, Golden Achievement, and Publications & Digital Media Excellence Awards.
NSPRA is always seeking volunteers to help mentor peers with their professional growth, serve as association ambassadors, join us in welcoming new members and more.
