Why does booking my hotel require a one-night deposit?
The NSPRA National Seminar has grown significantly over the years. To increase registered attendees' ability to reserve within NSPRA's main block, a one-night deposit will be applied to the credit card used at the time of booking. This is meant to help as many registered attendees as possible stay at the host hotel and enjoy the full Seminar experience.
What happens to my one-night deposit if I need to cancel my room later?
The cancellation policy, as detailed on the hotel's booking website, is that, "A one (1) night deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit one night's room and tax. Should you not be travelling with the credit card associated with your booking, please contact the Hilton Accounting & Finance Help Desk to establish an authorization no later than one (1) week prior to arrival. Phone: 1-855-274-1414 Email: usotchelpdesk@hilton.com Hours of Operation: 8:00am - 6:00pm CST"
