We can't wait to welcome an estimated 1,500+ attendees to the NSPRA 2025 National Seminar this summer, the nation’s largest school communications-focused professional development conference!

We've put together some information you might find helpful in planning for your attendance.

Important Dates

Keep the following dates in mind as you plan for the 2025 Seminar:

December 2024: NSPRA Seminar scholarship applications open
January 2025: Seminar schedule-at-glance published
January 2025: Registration and hotel room block open
February 2025: Session proposal submitters notified of proposal acceptance
February 2025: NSPRA Seminar scholarship applications due
April 30, 2025: Early bird registration ends
July 19-20, 2025:       Pre-Seminar workshops
July 20-23, 2025: NSPRA 2025 National Seminar

Location

The NSPRA 2025 will be held in the city of Washington, D.C.

The Washington, D.C., metropolitan area is served by three major international airports: Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Baltimore/Washington Thurgood Marshall International Airport (BWI). Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) is the airport located nearest to D.C. proper. 

The host hotel of NSPRA 2025 will be announced when Seminar room blocks at the property open in January with registration.

Budgeting

Following are registration prices for full-event attendees of the NSPRA 2025 National Seminar, prior to any applicable discounts. More details on discounts—for superintendent and communication professional combos, multi-person teams, etc.—and on guest registrations will be announced in January when registration opens.
